SHIPPING POLICY

All in-stock items are shipped within 7-14 business days of your purchase. In the event that an item is out of stock or backordered, we will not bill your credit card until the item is shipped to you. Please ensure that the contact email you include with your order is a working email address, in the event that we need to contact you regarding your order.

Return Policy

If you are dissatisfied for any reason you may return any unused merchandise within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Products kept for over 30 days without a return request are considered final. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Products being returned must be in NEW condition and in the original factory packaging. Some products have a restocking fee of 15% and will require the purchaser to ship the items to Greener Pup at the customers’ expense.

Greener Pup will cover the cost for shipping to replace items that were shipped incorrectly. Cancellation policy
Orders must be cancelled at least 2 business days in advance of ship date to qualify for a refund.
